Lussèco Warranty & Care Policy

At Lussèco, every piece of jewellery is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we provide a 10-Day Limited Warranty on all items.


Warranty Coverage

This warranty is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing faults or defects (e.g., broken clasp, faulty chain, missing stones).

Does not cover damage caused by:

- Improper care or handling

- Accidental damage (e.g., drops, snags, scratches)

- Normal wear and tear

- Exposure to perfumes, lotions, or chemicals


Jewellery Care

To help your jewellery last longer, we recommend:

- Storing pieces in a soft pouch or box when not in use

- Avoiding contact with harsh chemicals perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products

- Gently cleaning with a soft, dry cloth

- Keeping jewellery away from extreme heat or humidity


Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within the 10-day warranty period for items that are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If the item is deemed faulty under warranty, customers may receive a:

- Replacement of the same item (if available)

- Store credit for the full value

- Change-of-mind returns are not covered.


Damaged Jewellery

If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault within 10 days:

- Contact us at contact@lusseco.com with your order number and photos of the issue

- Our team will assess the claim within 2–3 business days

- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.


Final Notes

- Lussèco reserves the right to determine whether an item is eligible under warranty.

- After 10 days, we cannot guarantee replacements or returns for damage.
