Shipping Policy

At Lussèco, we take pride in delivering your jewellery with care. This policy outlines how we process and ship orders within Australia, so expectations are clear from checkout to delivery.
Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing time
Orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched from Melbourne within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping options & delivery estimates
We ship via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin after dispatch.
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days after dispatch.
Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your cart subtotal meets the threshold.
Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, peak periods, weather events, or incorrect address details. These factors are outside our control, however we’ll always support you with tracking and next steps where possible.
Tracking
Tracking is provided for all shipments. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.
Order changes
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, however changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and (if applicable) clear photos of:
- The item(s)
- The inner packaging
- The outer satchel/box and shipping label
We’ll work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delays & exceptions
Timeframes shown are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery speed is subject to their network and conditions. If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us and we’ll assist.
