At Lussèco, we design timeless pieces to be loved for years. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and fair return process within a limited window.


Return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible items

The following items may be returned for a refund if they are unused and in original condition:

  • Necklaces
  • Bracelets & bangles
  • Rings
  • Chains, charms, and pendants

Please note: Earrings, gift cards, sale items, and custom or personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

How to start a return

Email contact@lusseco.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping where required. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
